Ital.IA Lab, a new toolkit created with Avanade and Microsoft
The world of work is constantly evolving, profoundly transformed by the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI). To help young people, recent graduates and anyone looking for new professional opportunities to navigate this landscape and make the most of the potential of AI in the job search process, Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS, with the support of Avanade and in collaboration with Microsoft, presents the digital toolkit Boost Your Job! Find a job with artificial intelligence.
The new tool, developed as part of the Ital.IA Lab project, offers an agile micro-learning experience geared towards the specific needs of the job market. The aim is to provide practical guidance on how to enhance one's skills and strategically present one's application, both from the company's and the candidate's perspective.
The training course consists of four video lessons, each lasting about 20 minutes. Each module explores AI applied to recruitment and application preparation, covering key topics such as how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) work, algorithmic matching, the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for writing CVs and cover letters, and new AI-enhanced LinkedIn features.

The toolkit is enriched with a collection of in-depth materials and practical exercises, such as specific prompt engineering activities for creating CVs and cover letters, interview simulations and real case studies. Upon completion of the course, you will have access to an assessment test to verify the skills you have acquired and obtain a micro-certification validated by the Roma Tre University.
