Today, Tuesday, April 10, at 10:30 am, there will be an on-line awards ceremony for the winners of the “Diversity. How to Represent It?” competition promoted by the Italian Ministry of Education and Fiaba Onlus, in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale [see news: Diversity in 3D].
Created to “drive awareness about diversity and promote the integration of individuals, overcoming limits and prejudice,” the competition involved students, classes and groups of students from different classes in primary school, first and second-degree secondary schools, both in public schools and officially recognised ones. The competition called for the development of videos, short movies or fab lab products to represent “diversity at school.”
The awards ceremony will be held on Zoon and streamed live on the Fiaba Onlus YouTube Channel. Undersecretary to the Ministry of Education Rossano Sasso, Giuseppe Trieste from Fiaba Onlus and Cecilia Stajano from the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will participate in the ceremony.
