Peer Sharing: a meeting for the Educational Agreements of Municipality VII

On Wednesday 16 July 2025, at 5 p.m., in the Sala Rossa of Municipality VII in Rome (Piazza di Cinecittà), an important meeting will be held dedicated to the co-design of the Territorial Educational Agreements, a strategic tool for strengthening networks between schools, associations and local educational institutions.

The event, promoted as part of the Peer Sharing project, aims to bring together the various organisations in the area to respond in a coordinated manner to the educational needs of the younger generation. The Department of Education, the Municipality VII School Commission, comprehensive schools, parents' associations and numerous associations and cultural organisations active in the area will be present.

The programme includes institutional greetings at 5 p.m. by Marcello Morlacchi, Councillor for Education of the VII Municipality, and Matteo Svolacchia, President of the School Commission, followed by a speech by Simona Cavallo of the Labos Foundation, who will illustrate the meaning and potential of the Educational Pacts.

Starting at 6 p.m., there will be a participatory workshop, a practical session in which all participants will be able to exchange ideas, propose suggestions and contribute concretely to the joint development of the Pacts.

The meeting represents a valuable opportunity to strengthen dialogue between schools and the local community, enhancing the active role of educational communities and promoting an inclusive and sustainable vision of education.

The Foundation will be represented by project manager Ilaria Graziano and Domenica Cesena.

Peer Sharing is a project selected by Impresa sociale Con i bambini as part of the Fund to Combat Child Educational Poverty. The aim of the project, drawing on the diverse skills of the partnership led by ForumSad, is to combat educational poverty in the area by strengthening the educational community of Rome's VII Municipality through “peer sharing” between the various actors active in the area.
