Call4Youth: My Experience

All the young men and women who have participated in the the Officina – New Jobs Workshop are about to receive an e-mail. It’s an invitation to describe their experience with a short text and a couple of photos that will become part of a small volume.

Dear participants,

The Officina – New Jobs Workshop is about to wind up and to celebrate our many success stories we have decided to publish a booklet on this project experience.

It has been nearly two years since this experience began and thousands of young men and women have been enriched by our laboratories. It has been an extraordinary success, reported upon by media and institutions. And it was all made possible by your passion. You accepted the bet to requalify your professional future in a digital perspective.

This is why we would like to dedicate a section of our book on the Officina – New Jobs Workshop to your experiences. The objective is to collect impressions, comments, evaluations on your 22 lab hours and the stories of those you who were able, thanks to these courses, to find new training and job opportunities, to “reinvent” yourselves professionally.

What did you learn during the week at the Officina? What did you do before that? What were the most useful parts of the experience personally, at school or university and at work? Did the orientation and training week help you to understand what you would like to do professionally? What is your project for the future?

These are just a few ideas that you can base your story on! The most interesting stories we receive will be published in our booklet and used to describe the Officina – New Jobs to those who were not lucky enough to experience it first-hand.

Should you be interested in becoming one of our testimonials for the Officina – New Jobs Workshop Project, please send an e-mail to f.meini@mondodigitale.org (deadline: September 15, 2016) with subject line: “testimonianza dell’Officina dei Nuovi Lavori”.

You can attach your story as a Word file (no more than 2000 characters) and don’t forget to send us fun photos, too!

Send us your stories!

And all the best,

Francesca
