Today, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym hosts debates with experts and practical exercises to improve the interpersonal skills of teachers and promote a warmer emotional environment in the classroom. The course is organized by the Rifornimento in Volo Cooperative and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale for teachers in primary school (years 4-5) and first-degree secondary school.
The second meeting of the course will be held today from 4:45 to 6:15 pm with Marta Tonelli and Mario Manilia (Rifornimento in volo) and Cecilia Stajano, Lego® Serious Play® Trained LSP Facilitator and School Innovation Coordinator for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
The course, which will be held over the course of four 3-hour meetings, aims to identify and improve teacher intervention strategies, promote an improved emotional environment in the classroom in which interaction is experienced as an opportunity for personal enrichment; stimulate and raise awareness on school-family collaboration, and prevent and contrast bullying.
