The course organised by Project DisAbuse: Disablist Bullying for teachers, support teachers, psychologists, psychotherapists and individuals with disabilities will continue tomorrow (Saturday, March 9, 10 am – 5 pm) at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym
The 27 participants will use the Lego® Serious Play® to face bullying gains individuals disabilities [see news: LSP and Disablist Bullying], learning from the experiences of both younger and older individuals with special educational needs and disabilities. The focus of the third meeting is “What are Respect and Empathy?”
The Lego® Serious Play® Method was developed in Denmark in the 90s at Lego® as a company method to facilitate decision-making and negotiation processes for problem solving. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has tested this methodology for various years in the educational field with a wide range of types of participants. During the course, participants will employ the Lego® Serious Play® Method in an innovative and creative manner to represent various types of bullying, its effects, the actors involved, the tools and the strategies that can be implemented to contrast it efficiently.
The works session will be directed by Cecilia Stajano and Ilaria Graziano, certified Lego® Serious Play® and MTA Learning Facilitators.
