Sabina (17), a student from the Pacinotti-Archimede School, explains the videogame that she designed and developed for the final event of Coding Girls Rome-USA, together with her teammates Claudia and Chiara.
 
In the video, there also is Sabina’s dad, Sergio, who was able to follow a couple hours of the Coding Girls Rome-USA event and learned about the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.

 

 

 

 

As part of the Italian Semester of Presidency of the European Union Council and for European Code Week, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the American Embassy in Italy, in collaboration with the US Girls Who Code Association, promoted Coding Girls Rome-USA, an eight-day long event (Oct. 12-19, 2014) fully dedicated to young girls and women in primary and secondary school. The project was also sponsored by Miur, Roma Capitale, Sapienza University Computer Science Department and Microsoft.
