A few weeks ago, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym held an unusual robotics lab for different generations: children from the Istituto comprensivo Rita Levi Montalcini, their teachers, Cinzia and Annalisa, and parents and grandparents. The lab was held by Coach Valentina Gelsomini with the help of three Coding Girls, students from IIS Lombardo Radice, as classroom tutors.
"In order to involve everyone equally, we decided to use the Lego WeDo Kit," explains Coach Valentina. "We formed six groups by choosing names randomly. Each group included both young and old participants. Each team chose a character to build with the Lego bricks and then they invented a story and filmed various sequences.

One of the grandparents who participated in the lab was Mr. Enzo, who expressed the desire to continue working together with the children to understand how cartoons are created.
Tra i nonni che hanno partecipato al laboratorio c'era anche il signor Enzo, che ha espresso il desiderio di tornare a lavorare insieme ai bambini per capire come si realizzano i cartoni animati.
