A new story from the Job Digital Lab blog: the choices of Leonardo Di Cosmo
“I’ve never mapped out a route. I just follow my instincts.”
The story of Leonardo De Cosmo unfolds in this way: through encounters, detours and intuitions. From physics to science communication, from London to journalism, every step stems from a simple yet radical choice: “when I find a door, I choose whether to open it”.
There is no linear path, but a constant openness to wonder. “I trust people. On closer inspection, I’d say I trust life”. It is this openness that binds together diverse experiences and transforms them into direction.
Bringing this story together – along with many others – is the narrative perspective of Nicoletta Vulpetti, who accompanies the Job Digital Lab community, weaving a collective narrative made up of connections, possibilities and intersecting paths.

Inside Job Digital Lab
Leonardo’s story is also a story of connections: between knowledge, people and opportunities. It is within this space that Job Digital Lab finds its place, where skills are never isolated but become tools for interpreting the world, finding one’s bearings and building relationships. Leonardo De Cosmo, a science journalist, will be among the tutors for “Conscious in the Digital World”, a series of sessions dedicated to wellbeing, information and online safety for upper secondary school students.
