Reviewing Innovation

The annual “Dire e FareReview of good practices held by the Regione Toscana has become a format in 5 legs, 5 cities and 5 specific issues.

The second day of “Dire e fare innovazione” takes place today in Pisa at the Scuola Normale Superiore, in collaboration with the National Anci Office and the Municipality of Pisa. The aim is to pursue the road to innovation by involving not only public administrators, but also institutions, universities, associations, enterprises and authorities to propose ideas and projects to improve local governance.

Today, five sessions will be held between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm:

  • Future-proof Table (#tavolofutureproof) on “Future-ready Infrastructure in Italy"
  • Skills Table (#tavoloskills) on “Digital Skills”
  • Smart Revolution Table (#tavolosmartrevolution) on “Innovation Ecosystem: a revolution platform for Italy"
  • Big Data Table (#tavolobigdata) on the “Value of Data"
  • Tools Table (#tavolotools) on “Financial Tools: sustainability for innovation”

Francesca Del Duca [Francesca_fmd] will represent the Fondazione Mondo Digitale at the table on "Digital Skills" that will address what actions to undertake to overcome digital divides and promote skills, lifelong learning and opportunities to improve competences.

The works will be concluded with the presentation of the Innovation Manifesto that ANCI will bring to the attention of the national government.
