A special digital facilitation centre

At the Alberto Sordi Foundation in Trigoria

For several months now, the Alberto Sordi Foundation has also been hosting a Digital Facilitation Centre, a free service open to all citizens to simplify access to online services.

The Digital Facilitation Centres, promoted by the Lazio Region and funded by the European Union (NextGenerationEU), are designed to help people use technology wisely and reduce the digital divide.

At the centre, you can receive personalised assistance and practical training on many digital services, such as:

  • issuing or renewing your electronic identity card (CIE)
  • using the electronic school register and Roma Capitale platforms (MyRhome)
  • activating Spid and Pec
  • accessing INPS digital services (MyInps) and the Salute Lazio portal
  • applying for subsidies and bonuses (transport, school meals, etc.)
  • online payments (fines, car tax, etc.)
  • using mobility and public transport apps.
