Support at municipal registry offices is suspended from 4 to 31 August. Services will resume on Tuesday 1 September
Roma Capitale is continuing the digital support service in municipal registry offices throughout 2026, ensuring free support for citizens in accessing the public administration’s online services.
Following the conclusion of the previous project phase funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), the City of Rome has chosen to continue the service using its own resources, maintaining support points across the city. The service is provided by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, through Zètema, at municipal registry offices, from 8.30 am to 1 pm, according to a schedule varying across the different municipalities. Digital facilitators offer assistance with using the main online services, ranging from digital identity to municipal and social security services.
Please note
The service is suspended in all municipal districts for the summer break from Tuesday 4 to Monday 31 August 2026. Activities will resume as normal on Tuesday 1 September 2026.
