The challenge of asking the right questions

A Torino il primo evento territoriale di Job Digital Lab

The challenge of asking the right questions

The challenge of asking the right questions

The first regional event of Job Digital Lab in Turin

Job Digital Lab, the programme of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale created with ING Italia, arrives in Turin with the support of CNA Torino and Camera di commercio Torino to help small and medium-sized enterprises and professionals move from “automatic” digital to truly conscious digital. Today, it is not enough to have lots of answers: you need to know how to ask the right questions. Why introduce artificial intelligence? What problem do we want to solve? How will it change our daily work? With the growth of artificial intelligence, the risk is not only falling behind, but also moving forward in the wrong way, adopting powerful tools without having clarified objectives, impacts and costs in terms of identity, time and meaning.

Starting from the daily activities of businesses - administration, communication, internal management - we explore the “before and after” of AI use to understand how it can support business continuity by making processes clearer, more efficient and transferable to new generations. During the meeting, local entrepreneurs and professionals share concrete examples and best practices for addressing digital change without losing value and authenticity. A special space is dedicated to women's entrepreneurial experiences, where tradition and innovation meet and reinforce each other.

At the end of the event, businesses can continue their training with the webinar series “Artificial intelligence for SMEs: from the basics to application in business processes”, leading up to the construction of their first AI agent.
