Coding Summer School

A week at the Coding Summer School developed in collaboration with the Computer Laboratory of Cambridge University Department of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.

This is the prestigious choice made by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale to update its close-knit group of Coding Girls, who have participated in a number of events, starting with the pioneering Coding Girls Rome-Usa event.

From today to Friday, July 24, Giorgia and Manuela will be in Cambridge with Cecilia Stajano (FMD School Innovation Manager), at the Coding Summer School for five days of courses ranging from the JavaScript language to drone programming.

Giorgia di Tommaso (24) has a degree in Computer science and is currently studying for a Masters degree. She is enthusiastic about graphics and new technologies and in her free time likes to develop apps for Android.

Manuela Benedetti (25) is currently studying for a Masters in Multimedia Computing and Interaction. She loves artificial intelligence and is particularly interested in usability aspects.
