November 21st Fondazione Mondo Digitale holds the Multiplier Event of the Path to a Job project, funded by the European Commission Erasmus+ Programme.

Youths’ Path to a Job experience will be presented, highlighting how the best practices have been exploited in the curriculum of the FMD Phyrtual Factory promoting the re-qualification of young unemployed skills to reduce the mismatch between the labour market and skills, support young people entrepreneurship and the creation of new jobs.

In their path to a job, youths will meet policy makers and enterprises such as Enel, Wind, Italian Posts, presenting their pilot experience of self-entrepreneurship and working in groups to develop and improve their project idea.

During the afternoon, participants, divided in teams, will present their social innovation ideas to a panel of professionals from companies, trainers, and experts from different sectors. The goal is to create an exchange of skills and synergies between young participants and professionals.

The panel will not only evaluate the projects, but will also offer young people advice to develop their idea and get involved in the job market.
