Free support for accessing online public administration services
The Digital Facilitation Centres are now officially operational in Rome's Municipality I. These local centres offer free support and guidance on how to use the digital services provided by the public administration.
The initiative, promoted by Roma Capitale in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, was created to reduce the digital divide and facilitate everyone's participation in the administrative and social life of the city.
‘The opening of digital training centres is a concrete commitment to a more inclusive and prepared community. We want to accompany citizens in the use of new technologies, so that no one is left behind,’ said Lorenza Bonaccorsi, president of Rome's Municipality I Centre, to the AdnKronos press agency.
At the digital facilitation centres, you can receive personalised assistance for:
- obtaining Spid, Cie and Pec
- accessing Rome's online registry services
- downloading your pre-filled Isee
- applying for benefits such as school meals, transport vouchers and MyInps services
- making online payments and much more.
