Expo Asl Cultura

Today, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale is in Foligno (Umbria) for Expo Asl Cultura, an event reviewing good practices implemented as part of artistic and cultural school-work programmes promoted by the Centro Studi Città di Foligno.

The Fondazione Mondo Digitale will present the school-work programme developed for the Media Art Festival 2017 as part of the session on "Good Practices for Cultural Alternance in Italy."

The FMD programme included seven labs for 250 students from 11 schools. Four labs involved artists from Project ENLIGHT – European Light Expression Network, financed by the European Commission as part of the Europa Creativa Programme, while the other three labs were held as part of Project "Carbon Footprint through Digital Art. New Didactic Models for Teaching Science."

The workshop held at Expo Asl Cultura was called "Conceive, Design and Implement a Sound Art Work" with Artist Francesco Bianco’s work entitled "Their Language, Our Language", an interactive sound installation developed by students at ITTSET Emanuela Loi in Nettuno, who won the Media Art Festival in the Best School Work category [see news: Winning Works].
