An initiative by the Viraçao&Jangada association led by Paulo Lima
Once again this year, we are delighted to share the project My school at the UN Climate Conference in Brazil – COP30, promoted by the Viração&Jangada association, led by Paulo Lima, who is also an Ashoka Fellow like our scientific director Alfonso Molina.
COP30, which will be held in Belém, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, from 10 to 21 November 2025, represents a crucial moment in the global fight against the climate crisis. During this conference, countries will be called upon to renew their commitments under the Paris Agreement and to define in concrete terms the climate finance mechanism established during the previous COP29 in Baku.
The project is being carried out with the support of Gruppo Cassa Centrale – Credito Cooperativo Italiano, Gruppo Dolomiti Energia and Cova Cucine.
Prominent partners are collaborating on the initiative, including:

This content will be produced before and during the two weeks of COP30 by a delegation of young people who will fly from Trento to Belém to follow and report on the UN climate summit with Viração&Jangada and partners.
