Female intelligence in AI: the fifth edition of the course is underway
March sees the start of the fifth session of the training course for the project Female Intelligence in AI: Skills for Female Entrepreneurs and Professionals, funded by the Centre for Public Impact as part of the Google.org AI Opportunity Fund and promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS. The aim is to strengthen digital skills and female empowerment in the field of artificial intelligence.
The fifth edition of the course is organised in collaboration with the Florence Chamber of Commerce and the Punto Impresa Digitale (PID). It is a free course designed to help female entrepreneurs, professionals and aspiring entrepreneurs understand and use artificial intelligence as a lever for personal and competitive growth.
In Italy, there are over 1.3 million businesses led by women, accounting for 22.2% of the national total. This is a significant component of the productive fabric, which also contributes decisively to female employment. Strengthening digital skills and the ability to integrate AI tools into business processes means providing concrete support for this entrepreneurial energy. A practical course for integrating AI into business
From 17 March to 21 April 2026, six online meetings will accompany participants on a progressive journey from the basics of artificial intelligence to the responsible and strategic use of the most advanced tools. The goal is not only to understand what AI is, but to learn how to use it effectively to:
- increase productivity;
- improve work organisation;
- enhance communication;
- support data analysis;
- develop new services.
A practical approach, geared towards immediate application in professional contexts.
The training will be led by experts from Quadmark, Massimo Marzocco and Francesco Lazzarotto, who will follow the two groups of participants respectively.

Human capital and innovation: a strategic lever
Women-led businesses that invest in financial capital and training achieve significantly higher levels of productivity. This is why the “Female Intelligence in AI” programme is part of a broader vision: to support conscious female leadership capable of integrating technological innovation, quality of work and sustainable development. Because artificial intelligence is not just a technology. It is a strategic skill. And today, more than ever, it is also a question of leadership.
