Two-year Challenge

Two-year Challenge

Transnational educational activities will be held from today through Friday, May 17 at Kelleek College in Roosendaal in the Netherlands. The activities are organized as part of Project “FLIP IDEAL – Flipped Learning in Adult Education,” a two-year challenge to develop the competences necessary to work and live in a digital world.

Financed as part of the Erasmus+ KA2 Programme, FLIP IDEAL uses practical tools to assist teachers and coaches in the application of flipped classrooms. The objective is to improve the quality of the didactic activities, as well as to introduce new technology into daily teaching contexts and promote the use of digital tools and content.

The training workshop will include 24 teachers and coaches from six European partners: Finland, Slovenia, Italy, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Thanks to the collaboration agreement with the CPIA2 – Provincial Centre for Adult Education, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will participate with a four-member delegation: Giovanna Cipolla, school administrator of the CPIA2 School, Ada Maurizio, teachers Rosalba Palermo and Giulia Agusto, all of whom are members of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale Network of Coaches.

During the course of the week, the FMD delegation will hold a workshop to present the experiences and good practices of the flipped classroom methodology, as well as participate actively in a small group collaborative session for the creation and presentation of original lessons based on the use of the flipped classroom for adult education (vulnerable targets).

Finally, the second transnational project partner meeting will be held to analyse the advancement of the project and its intellectual output.
