Visual Coding

Coding allows individuals to develop computational thought, understand the logic of programming, and experiment with problem solving, cooperative learning, peer education and peer tutoring. The teachers participating in the 10-hour lab at the Istituto comprensivo Primo in Anagni (Frosinone) will learn the basic theory and practice of using Scratch for primary and first-degree secondary school classes.

Thanks to its visual element, Scratch allows users to create algorithms, animate stories, select characters and share projects. During the course of the final create-a-thon, the teachers will develop a storytelling project to practice transversal teaching and learning.
