From 3 November, the first five town halls will be open to assist citizens
The Lazio Region, in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and with the support of the European Union – NextGenerationEU, is promoting Digital Facilitation Month, an initiative dedicated to promoting the digital inclusion and autonomy of citizens.
Throughout November, Rome's town halls are hosting an intensive programme of digital assistance and training as part of the Punto Digitale Facile project.
The digital facilitators, coordinated by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, will be present from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., in five municipal offices per week, to offer direct support on five essential services:
- Activation of the electronic identity card (CIE)
- Activation of the SPID
- Application for the ZTL permit
- Access and use of the MyINPS portal
- Support for the use of the Julia platform
First week (3–7 November 2025)
The locations active for the first week of Digital Facilitation Month are:
- Municipality I in Via Petroselli 50
- Municipality II in Piazza Grecia 23
- Municipality III in Via Umberto Fracchia 45
- Municipality VII in Piazza Cinecittà 11
- Municipality X in Via Claudio 1, Ostia
Citizens are free to visit their local town hall to receive personalised support from the Fondazione Mondo Digitale's digital facilitators, who are on hand to guide them step by step through the use of online public services.
