There are only a few days left to respond to the announcement by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS, which is selecting an assistant with experience in the organisational and logistical support of events, initiatives and training projects in the non-profit sector.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative environment, working with different teams to ensure the quality and success of activities promoted throughout Italy and at the Palestra dell'Innovazione in Rome.
Key responsibilities include: planning and operational management of events and workshops, logistical coordination (location, suppliers, materials, guests, travel), handling communications with partners and participants, administrative and documentary support, and collaboration in the promotion of activities on the Foundation's institutional channels.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in organisational roles in foundations, training institutions, agencies or companies, excellent management and interpersonal skills, familiarity with digital tools and an interest in social innovation, education and technology.
