Online applications can be submitted until 22 September
Roma Capitale has extended the deadline for submitting online applications for book vouchers for pupils residing in Rome. Applications for the 2025/26 school year can be submitted until 2 p.m. on 22 September.
The vouchers are available to students attending:
- a state or state-recognised lower or upper secondary school
- a regional vocational education and training programme (IeFP).
The extension for the submission of applications (Executive Decision QM 906 of 12/09/25) was established following the communication from the Lazio Region, which extended the deadline for the submission of book voucher applications to the regional information system by the municipalities of Lazio.
In cases where the application is suspended, interested parties must send the additional documentation requested by the competent office no later than 2 p.m. on 24 September 2025. Otherwise, the application will be definitively rejected.

Here, you can receive practical help in accessing the platform, filling in the application correctly and submitting it within the deadline.
The service complements the support provided by municipal public relations offices and the Migrant Schools Network.
