SubUrb View in Rome: meeting with Urban Vision on digital art professions
The activities of the SubUrb View project continue, accompanying students on a journey of discovery of new professions linked to digital creativity and the transformation of urban spaces.
On Friday 13 March, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., students from the Confalonieri De Chirico high school in Rome will take part in an educational meeting with Urban Vision Group, a partner in the project, to learn more about career opportunities related to digital art and urban communication.
The meeting will also feature Giacomo Lion, a digital artist involved in the creative process of the project.
During the morning, Urban Vision professionals will present the company's activities to the students and talk about some of the professions that currently operate in the field of visual communication and digital creativity in urban spaces. Speakers:
- Rosaria Gargano, psychologist and psychotherapist, human resources
- HR Executive with over 15 years of experience in structured and entrepreneurial business contexts, she has held positions of increasing responsibility until becoming Group Head of Human Resources. During her career, she has built and led HR functions in various industries, developing strategic projects in the areas of organisation, talent management, training, change management and post-M&A processes. A psychologist and psychotherapist, she combines technical skills and interpersonal sensitivity to empower people and promote sustainable, inclusive and innovation-oriented HR solutions.
- Anita Gulisano, Marketing Lead
- She deals with marketing and communication strategies to promote projects and campaigns in urban contexts, working at the intersection of creativity, media and digital innovation. Her work contributes to developing new ways of dialogue between brands, content and public spaces.
- Valentina Galluzzo, Sales Account
- Within the New Business Urban Academy and Urban Venture area, she contributes to the development of innovative products and solutions in the Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) sector, coordinating projects that integrate creativity, technology and visual impact. She collaborates with brands and agencies to create campaigns that enhance urban spaces, managing customer relations and supervising operations in collaboration with the communications and institutional relations teams.
The meeting concludes with a mock job interview, a practical exercise designed to help students engage with the professional world and better understand the skills, aptitudes and possible career paths in the sector.
Representing the Fondazione Mondo Digitale is Eleonora Curatola, who oversees the project together with the schools involved.
The format of the meeting, which was successfully trialled last year, will also be replicated in Milan on 26 March, with the aim of offering students concrete opportunities for guidance and direct dialogue with professionals in the creative and digital sector.
Through opportunities for discussion such as this, SubUrb View promotes reflection on the relationship between art, technology and the city, introducing young people to new professions in digital creativity and the skills required in contemporary urban contexts.
