Digital training for volunteers and employees of the Italian Red Cross
Registration is now officially open for Digital Bridge, the project promoted by the Italian Red Cross with the support of the Fund for the Digital Republic. This is a unique opportunity to strengthen your digital skills and actively contribute to the digital transformation of the organisation.
The training course, which is free and designed for 750 CRI volunteers and employees throughout Italy, offers personalised modules that adapt to the starting level of each participant. The aim is to reduce the digital divide and enhance everyday operational skills through the conscious use of technology, artificial intelligence and soft skills.
There are two main courses available:
- Digital Skill Small (14 hours): to acquire essential skills, collaborate effectively and use digital tools and AI safely.
- Digital Skill Medium (30 hours): to become agents of change, deepening your knowledge of cybersecurity, data analysis, multi-channel communication and generative AI.
The programme is completed with asynchronous insights on FMD Academy and modules dedicated to the development of soft and life skills, such as personal innovation, self-entrepreneurship and skills planning.
The training takes place in a hybrid and participatory format, alternating between online and face-to-face sessions, with practical workshops, simulations and original formats such as Creathons.
