In November, online services will be more accessible thanks to our facilitators
Five days a week, five municipalities a day, five essential services for citizens. This is the formula for Digital Facilitation Month, an initiative promoted by Roma Capitale and coordinated by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale to help Romans use the main online services.
From 3 to 29 November, every day from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., digital facilitators will be present at the Registry Offices of the various Municipalities to offer free support on operations such as activating Cie and Spid, applying for ZTL permits, accessing the MyINPS portal and using Julia, the virtual assistant of the Municipality of Rome.
The initiative is designed to make access to digital services easier and more inclusive and to help citizens of all ages navigate new technologies with confidence. Alongside municipal employees, facilitators and volunteers from the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will welcome users as true “community ambassadors”, ready to accompany them step by step in the digital management of everyday tasks.
Digital facilitation is not just technical assistance, but an opportunity to build trust, autonomy and awareness. Every citizen who learns to use a digital tool safely contributes to making the city more accessible and intelligent.
The month of digital facilitation is part of the “Digital Facilitation Centres of Rome Capital” project, promoted by the Department of Strategic Planning and PNRR of Rome Capital.
The aim is to increase citizens' digital skills, promote the informed use of technology and simplify the relationship between citizens and the public administration. The project is part of national measure 1.7.2 of the PNRR, implemented through the Lazio Region.
