Job Digital Lab: now we want to hear from the protagonists

In five years of Job Digital Lab, thousands of people have participated in training sessions, workshops, hackathons, meetings with experts and role models. Some have discovered a passion, others have started a project, changed jobs, found inspiration, or improved their skills.

Now it's your turn! We want to hear from the protagonists: real experiences, personal transformations, small or big turning points that have taken shape thanks to Job Digital Lab. Because in 2026, the project will reach its sixth edition.

But this year is even more special: ING Italia and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale are celebrating 25 years of commitment to building skills, opportunities and the future. And we said to ourselves that we couldn't just celebrate with numbers.

We want to do something different. More than talking, we want to listen. Job Digital Lab, in fact, has not only been a training programme, but a living ecosystem, capable of evolving together with the people who have been part of it. Like a forest that grows thanks to the invisible connections between its roots, the project has brought together different skills, generations, territories and aspirations, creating the conditions for everyone to find their own way to thrive in change. That is why today we are not only interested in measuring what has been done, but in understanding what has continued to live, transform and take root over time.

We are working on a special collection of 25 stories that symbolise the project: a narrative assessment to recount the impact of Job Digital Lab through faces, voices, data, infographics and real testimonials.

And this is where you come in. We are writing to you because we would like to collect some stories of what happened afterwards:

  • what happened after JDL
  • whether a project was born, changed or grew
  • whether a skill found its place
  • whether something, even something small, remained as a legacy

We are not looking for perfect stories. We are looking for authentic stories: stories of attempts, changes, transformations, big or small. And we would like to understand if, along the way, we walked a stretch of the road with you, even if only for a little while.

The contribution we are asking for is simple: a short interview to understand what mark Job Digital Lab has left on your journey.

It would be the best way to celebrate this double anniversary:

not by looking back with nostalgia, but by listening to what has continued to grow.

If you would like to participate, please fill in the form with your contact details: we will contact you with information, times and methods.
