Digital wellbeing: working better, not harder

Digital wellbeing: working better, not harder

A Job Digital Lab webinar to rethink our relationship with technology

Digital transformation has made work more flexible, but also faster, more fragmented and, at times, more demanding. Constant notifications, information overload and the feeling of always having to be available fuel phenomena such as digital burnout, information overload and always-on culture, with a growing impact on psychological wellbeing and work-life balance.

To respond to these challenges, today, Monday 16 February, from 5 to 6 p.m., we are offering the webinar Digital wellbeing: working better, not harder. Practical strategies for the healthy use of technology in everyday work, promoted as part of the Job Digital Lab project, created in collaboration with ING Italia.

An hour to rediscover balance and awareness

During the meeting, occupational psychologist Claudia Campisi will guide participants through a clear and accessible journey to understand how digital technology concretely influences the way we work and how it can be managed in a healthier and more effective way.

The webinar offers:

  • immediately applicable operational strategies;
  • tools to reduce hyper-connection and information overload;
  • suggestions for designing tech-based but human-centred work environments;
  • practical tips for protecting mental health and re-establishing sustainable boundaries between work and private life.

Rethinking digital technology as an ally

The goal is not to demonise technology, but to learn how to control it. In a context where digital skills and productivity are increasingly central, the real added value is the ability to build a balanced relationship with the tools we use every day.

The webinar is an opportunity to pause, reflect and acquire concrete tools to work better, not more, strengthening the culture of personal and organisational sustainability that is an integral part of Job Digital Lab's mission.
