Prodigy, two days of intensive training in Naples
The Training of Trainers (ToT) dedicated to career coaches of the European project PRODIGY – Promoting Digital and Green Skills for Youth is currently underway in Naples. Two days of intensive training aimed at experts and operators from the project partners, with the aim of strengthening the skills of those who will accompany NEETs, young people between the ages of 15 and 29 who are not in education or employment, in personalised career guidance and job placement programmes.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS is represented by project manager Annaleda Mazzucato, Francesca Lisi and Giulia Melissari.
The ToT is a key moment in the construction of the Prodigy educational model: trainers discuss operational tools, methodologies and strategies to enhance the potential of young people in a working environment increasingly marked by digital and environmental transitions.
At the same time, active listening to young people in the areas involved (Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Naples and Catanzaro) continues thanks to an online questionnaire dedicated to NEETs. The data collected will help to design tailor-made training courses that can respond effectively to emerging needs and barriers to access to training and employment.
The PRODIGY project aims to build a lasting impact on the social and economic fabric of the cities involved by activating inclusive and participatory processes focused on green and digital skills.
