The Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS is opening a new selection process for community leaders, key figures in promoting active citizen participation, the development of inclusive environments and raising awareness of social and ethical issues.
The animators are responsible for engaging different audiences, from schools to the world of work and professional retraining, from entrepreneurship to the third sector, to the elderly and social inclusion issues, through information, training and engagement activities.
The work can be carried out from one of the Foundation's operational offices in Rome, Milan or Turin, with activities implemented throughout the country. Immediate availability or availability from January 2026 is required.
Required skills
The selected candidates must have good communication, organisational and teamwork skills, as well as knowledge of social media marketing and an aptitude for developing diversified networking and advocacy strategies. Training in social marketing for non-profit organisations is preferred.
Role and activities
Working in a dynamic and innovation-oriented environment, the animators contribute to:
- developing relationships with strategic organisations;
- encouraging participation in events and initiatives through online and offline channels;
- managing relationships with users and partners;
- supporting the management of the Foundation's database.
The collaboration relationship is defined on the basis of the candidates' experience in order to make the most of their contribution.
