We are now in the third week of the summer camp for the children of employees and collaborators of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, a special new initiative launched to mark the Foundation’s 25th anniversary. This corporate welfare initiative brings the same educational, creative and inclusive approach that drives the Foundation’s local projects into the organisation’s internal life. The Palestra dell’Innovazione thus becomes a space open to families, with workshops and fun, creative activities designed for young children.
Alongside the summer camp, the programme features events dedicated to the development of digital skills, career guidance and digital citizenship. From training in women’s leadership with Job Digital Lab to seminars in Milan on cyber security, via the ‘Abitare la città’ sessions dedicated to work and the information day on artificial intelligence and women’s skills, the week reaffirms the value of programmes that support individuals, schools and communities through digital transformation. Digital Bridge activities also continue, with new training sessions focused on basic skills and life skills.
