Job Digital Lab learning cards

The Inapp 2024 Report clearly outlines the urgent need for a paradigm shift in lifelong learning in Italy: overcoming fragmentation, personalising the offer, enhancing informal learning, spreading micro-credentials and promoting universal access to training throughout life.

It is in this direction that Job Digital Lab, an initiative of Fondazione Mondo Digitale with ING Italia, has focused its efforts from the outset, anticipating a transformation that is now recognised as essential.

The project has operated as a national training innovation laboratory, developing and testing methodologies that respond concretely to these needs:

  • microlearning accessible from smartphones
  • personalised training courses geared towards practical use
  • integrated development of digital and financial skills, essential tools for fully active citizenship
  • focused attention on gender, generational and territorial gaps.

Among the most recent resources, the learning cards Sicuri in 5 mosse (Safe in 5 steps) are a concrete example of how it is possible to offer agile yet rigorous content that integrates continuous training into everyday life.

With this perspective, Job Digital Lab confirms its position as a point of reference for those who see training not only as a tool for professional growth, but also as a lever for social inclusion and innovation.
